Hello from Madison!

T-11 days until our launch from Lake Itasca and we have nothing but thanks to the community in Madison, Wisconsin who made last night's fundraiser at Brittingham Boats so successful.  We had a blast with Taylor Weeden and Sortin' the Mail, two very talented local acts who drew music lovers from far and wide.  We danced (thanks, Gotcher Family!), ate brautwurst until the sun went down (thanks, Just Family!) and laughed with friends new and old.

We would also like to send a huge thanks to the many people who signed up for our Paddle Forward River Ambassador Program- we received curriculum requests from seven new classrooms!   If you're worried about missing the boat on signing up a classroom near you, have no fear.  Sign up here for more information.

And of course, we can't forget to thank the wonderful Brittingham Boats for supplying a beautiful space for the event.  If you're ever in Madison and hankering for a spin on a lake, definitely consider checking them out.

We only have one more night left in this beautiful city so catch us if you can.  Otherwise, stay tuned for our final kickoff event Friday the 13th at Lake Nokomis in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
