Michael Fowler, who had pleaded guilty to five sexual offences, contacted the woman using a fake profile and told her she had hurt him and demanded an apology from her. Bethan Evans, prosecuting, said Fowler was given a month community order in October requiring him to complete hours of unpaid work and 25 days of a rehabilitation activity. The court heard the victim — who cannot be identified for legal reasons — blocked him on social media.
