For the second time in a week, police on Friday shut down a massage parlor they said was actually a brothel. Detectives charged the alleged madam of Ann's Massage, Elvira Rossman Fortier, 44, of Lake Worth , and three of her employees with racketeering, prostitution, money laundering and unlicensed practice of a healthcare profession. Last Saturday police raided Prive'e Gentleman's Club, in the block of Southeast Sixth Avenue, and arrested alleged madam Jennifer Aguilar and three of her employees. Aguilar was charged with prostitution, money laundering and keeping a house of ill fame.
